Job description

Ready to be a Titan?

At ServiceTitan, we’re solving real-world problems in the specialty trades and construction industry—and we’re looking for a seasoned product leader with deep Ad Tech and Marketing Technology (MarTech) expertise to help us expand our product’s reach and impact.

We’re building innovative, intuitive solutions that power growth for our customers and redefine how trade businesses acquire and retain customers. As Senior Product Manager for Marketing Pro, you’ll drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of high-impact features and products that sit at the intersection of advertising technology, customer acquisition, marketing automation, and data-driven decision making.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role directly aligned with ServiceTitan’s most strategic goals. You’ll work across a talented team of product managers, designers, engineers, analysts, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver products that drive measurable results—while solving deeply complex problems across multiple channels including programmatic advertising, paid media, email/SMS, and CRM integration.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Marketing Pro Ads Measurement & Analytics — guiding strategy and execution for automated attribution, algorithmic data cleanup, conversion posting to connected ad platforms, and insights shared through the marketing analytics (which includes our dashboard and the ServiceTitan API).

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to bring new advertising features to market, including media buying, targeting, attribution, and performance optimization.

  • Leverage first- and third-party data (e.g., CRM, utility data, climate data, IoT/BAS) to deliver smarter marketing solutions powered by AI and ML.

  • Deliver solutions that integrate with key advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, DSPs, DMPs, etc.) and optimize media performance through bid management, retargeting, and audience modeling.

  • Drive full lifecycle product development—from discovery and validation to launch and iteration—ensuring that we ship valuable, scalable, and performant solutions.

  • Set and achieve clear KPIs around revenue growth, retention, ROI on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and product adoption.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, CS) and external partners to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and partner integrations.

  • Act as a thought leader in all things MarTech and Ad Tech, identifying trends and opportunities to innovate and differentiate ServiceTitan in the market.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in Ad Tech, performance marketing, and/or MarTech SaaS.

  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem—including programmatic media, demand-side platforms (DSPs), customer data platforms (CDPs), and attribution modeling.

  • Experience operating from or integrating with Google Ads & Meta Ads.

  • Experience building or integrating with ad platforms, DSPs, ad exchanges, or media networks.

  • Experience with AI/ML applications in digital marketing, such as predictive targeting, campaign optimization, or automated bidding, is a big plus.

  • Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced SaaS environment using data-driven decision-making and agile methodologies.

  • Passion for helping customers grow their businesses through smarter, more effective marketing—and the vision to help shape the future of marketing tools in the trades.

  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills—able to influence at all levels and rally teams around your product vision.

  • Comfort working with ambiguity and complexity, with a bias toward action and experimentation.

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable), and analytics platforms.

  • 4-year degree from a top university, related graduate degree preferred
