About the role:
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Product and Backend teams to bring features from concept to deployment. You will be responsible for breaking down complex requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions while ensuring clean and efficient code. Your role will also involve designing robust architectures, leading technical decisions, and establishing best practices for documentation and code maintainability. Additionally, you will play a key part in mentoring team members, guiding them in problem-solving approaches and technical growth. Through code reviews and performance optimizations, you will contribute to building high-quality applications that enhance the user experience.

Work alongside Product and Backend teams throughout the feature lifecycle, from conception to deployment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience, with 4+ years of experience working with Flutter in production
Successfully led the architecture of published Flutter applications
Track record of successfully refactoring complex features into maintainable solutions
Experience in creating and maintaining shared component libraries used across multiple apps
Proven experience in establishing testing strategies resulting in improved app stability
Experience setting up monitoring and crash reporting systems
Track record of successfully implementing complex navigation patterns and deep linking
Proven experience optimizing app launch time and overall performance
Vast experience leading technical documentation initiatives that improved team efficiency
Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions
Proficiency in Spanish and English
