We are seeking a motivated Presales Project Administrator to join our team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, support business development initiatives, and work collaboratively across departments to drive success.
Responsibilities
Assist in presales activities by developing proposals and driving the whole process (RFI, FRP, Case Studies, etc.)
Collaborate with sales, SMEs, technical teams to define service offerings and scope of work
Collaborate with EPAM's Practice Heads and Representatives to create, improve, and extend EPAM's standard capabilities and offerings presentations
Draft, review, and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) to align with business and client requirements
Manage service portfolio materials in corporate systems
Manage CRM system updates, ensuring accurate tracking of deals, approvals, and pipeline progress
Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
