Job Description
Lead and execute internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals.
Drive brand positioning, executive messaging, and media relations to strengthen market presence.
Manage internal communications, employee engagement, and employer branding initiatives.
Oversee digital platforms, content creation, and thought leadership across channels.
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on communication matters, including crisis and reputation management.
Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and ensure participation in key forums, industry events and conferences
The Successful Applicant
15-20 years of rich experience in marketing and corporate communications, preferably with exposure to telecom, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
Strong internal communications acumen with a track record of crafting executive messaging and driving employee engagement.
Excellent storytelling ability with strong visual and written communication skills.
Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of digital platforms, branding principles, and stakeholder engagement.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional collaborations.
Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
