Why This Role Matters


Our client, a fast-growing remote-first company in the marketing services space, is looking for a Funnel Marketing Specialist who can own an entire audience vertical. You’ll be responsible for building full-funnel strategies that generate real leads—and make sure they show up.

From ideation to execution, your work will directly impact the business by creating scalable funnel frameworks that can be replicated across multiple verticals. This isn’t about fluff—it’s about outcomes.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Own and drive the full funnel strategy for a specific vertical.
  • Build all funnel assets in GoHighLevel: landing pages, forms, workflows, tagging, automations.
  • Launch and manage outbound campaigns using Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to ensure high-quality, call-ready leads actually show up.
  • Develop templates and systems for repeatable funnel launches across new verticals.
  • Track key metrics and continually optimize based on performance data.

  • Funnel Conversion Rate (Lead → SQL): 20%+
  • Landing Page Conversion Rate: 20%+
  • Email Open Rate: 35%+
  • Qualified Leads per Month: 15–30
  • New Funnel Launch Time: Under 10 business days
  • Repeatable Funnel Frameworks Ready for Scaling


You’re a Strong Fit If You Have:


  • Proven experience building and optimizing marketing funnels that generate real calls.
  • Strong understanding of outbound marketing and lead gen tools like Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.
  • A deep sense of ownership—you thrive on taking full accountability for outcomes.
  • Ability to “understand the jungle”—digging deep to map out the buyer journey and fix what's broken.
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with KPIs and data-driven decisions.


Bonus Points For:


  • Experience with GoHighLevel or any other funnel automation platform.
  • Copywriting or visual design skills (especially for email sequences and landing pages).
  • Background in niche B2B verticals, lead gen agencies, or remote-first service-based businesses.
