About The Team
UKG is looking for a talented individual eager to help enhance and expand UKG’s Compliance Program. You will support business-critical and strategic program work across a range of topics that will broaden your skills as you help advance the overall program goals. This role requires working collaboratively with diverse teams to manage a variety of strategically important compliance programs within the organization, including enhancing documentation output, communication strategies, program risks and opportunities, and plans of action, deliverables, metrics, and milestones. Coordinating and managing expectations and deliverables with third party providers is also required.
About The Role
Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Work with key business stakeholders to develop plans for executing against a variety of strategic projects, ensuring business alignment, goal achievement, and within defined budget parameters
- Primarily accountable for program/project development and progress tracking (including risks/resolutions), working with functional leads and teams across the business
- Establish agreed upon KPI’s and other business metrics to track progress and report back to key stakeholders including executive sponsors as appropriate
- Drive technical and operational support to ensure critical deliverables and milestones are met
- Maintain internal stakeholder management and communication, including identifying education/training needs as required
- External stakeholder management including primary point of contact with required third parties and partners
- Work with key stakeholders to evaluate and monitor resource allocations and accountability
About You
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management information systems, computer science, information technology, accounting, business administration, or related field
- 5-7 years’ experience developing and leading multiple large scale programs with moderate or high impact levels
- Substantial experience with program and project management tools, planning, and project lifecycles.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate data, identify risk and/or problems, while also developing solution recommendations
- Proven communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of personnel, including senior leadership
- United States citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with largescale corporate compliance specific projects/programs is preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications preferred (at least one recognized program or project management industry certification.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of SaaS services, to include core principles, pricing methodologies, underlying technical concepts, and customer lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Strong leadership skills with a history of issue resolution, excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Excels in a fast paced and evolving environment with a customer centric focus

The pay range for this position is $99,800 to $143,450 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
