Job description

Why Praxent?

Empower a high-performing leadership team. Keep the engine running. Lead from behind the scenes.

At Praxent, we help clients build powerful digital experiences—and that same level of care, polish, and efficiency starts behind the scenes. We’re looking for a highly professional, proactive, and detail-obsessed Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just keep up—they stay two steps ahead.

We’re a digital product agency with a strong point of view: design and engineering should never feel separate from the business. Our leadership team is fast-moving, thoughtful, and relentlessly focused on delivering value to clients—and we’re looking for someone who shares that mindset behind the scenes.

This isn’t just a support role. It’s a strategic advantage. If you’re a top-tier Executive Assistant who wants to be part of a high-trust, high-performance culture, we’d love to talk.

You’ll be the trusted right hand to our leadership team, ensuring they can focus on strategic execution while you keep the operational gears turning smoothly. If you take pride in being the one who sees everything, remembers everything, and keeps the wheels on the bus—you’re exactly who we’re looking for. This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Because this role involves frequent coordination with partners in Austin, Texas, so working from Austin, Texas or a nearby time zone is preferred.

Your Day to Day

Be the Force Behind Executive Efficiency

  • Own the rhythm of each day by managing schedules, organizing daily briefings, prioritizing emails, and ensuring follow-through on key initiatives.

  • Keep the executive team focused and forward-moving by managing their to-do lists and proactively handling information flow.

Drive Project and Operational Excellence

  • Reconcile invoices, track PTO planning, and ensure accurate billing across projects—your attention to detail supports seamless project execution.

  • Serve as a linchpin between operations and leadership, keeping initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.

Engineer Smooth and Smart Travel

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and calendars for senior leaders, ensuring each trip runs like clockwork with zero surprises.

Orchestrate Exceptional Events

  • Lead the planning of leadership offsites and industry conferences from concept to execution—including logistics, materials, meals, and experiences that inspire and energize teams.

Your Qualifications
  • A Track Record of Executive-Level Support. You’ve successfully partnered with senior leaders, managing complex calendars, priorities, and high-stakes projects with confidence and grace.

  • Mastery of Organization & Multitasking. You thrive in organized chaos, keeping details sharp, timelines tight, and nothing slipping through the cracks.

  • Polished and Professional Communication. Whether you’re drafting a message for a VP or coordinating with an event vendor, your communication is clear, confident, and on-brand.

  • Discretion and Sound Judgment. You handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and professionalism—your integrity speaks for itself.

  • A Sixth Sense for What’s Next. You don’t wait to be asked—you anticipate, act, and solve before a problem becomes one. You're one step ahead, always.

  • You Think Like an Operator. You care about efficiency, systems, and how things run—because you see the big picture and sweat the small stuff.
