We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Security Platform and Cloud Infrastructure efforts! You'll play a pivotal role in scaling not just your team but our entire engineering organization and the company as a whole. This role reports into our Head of Platform Engineering.

🙌 What We Value

While specific qualifications are less important than your drive and potential, the following experiences will set you up for success in this role:

2+ years of proven people management experience leading engineering teams. You’ll oversee a team of 5 engineers, while also staying close to the technical problems.
Experience managing teams focused on Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, or Platform engineering.
Demonstrated experience implementing and fostering agile practices within engineering teams to achieve high velocity and effective delivery.
Proven ability to plan and implement CI/CD strategies with a focus on developer experience while maintaining cost efficiency.

Bonus Points:

Experience working at a startup (ideally 2+ years and at an early stage!)
Exposure to and understanding of "excellent" engineering practices gained at a top-tier technology company.
Knowledge and experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

💰 Pay Range

$215,000 - $240,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.
