About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play an integral part in designing and building MVP products for our clients. Working independently with a high degree of ownership, you’ll utilize your product discovery skills and work hands-on in Figma to deliver user-centric solutions. This role emphasizes deep collaboration with front-end engineers and stakeholders to ensure the development of intuitive, impactful, and scalable products.

Responsibilities
  • Create product designs in Figma and contribute to building and maintaining a robust design system.
  • Drive product discovery, requirement definition, and user analysis for each new engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end engineers and client teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Present case studies, UX documentation, and other key artifacts during interviews and client-facing sessions.
  • Adapt to shifting project scopes and manage expectations for 3-4 month MVP cycles.
About You
Qualifications & Skills
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience as a Product Designer, with strong UI and UX design expertise.
  • Proficient with Figma, with demonstrated experience creating and managing design systems.
  • Strong skills in product discovery, user research, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience working side-by-side with front-end engineers, especially on MVP products.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting design rationale.
