The role - Account Executive - Eastern and Central Europe

The Account Executive will be managing sales and relationships with existing, but predominantly new, end user customers as well as system integrators, technology partners and consultants in the assigned territory. The main role is to increase revenues and ensure regular communication with the ECE team.

🔎What your day will look like

  • Develop the assigned sales territory for company products
  • Discover and track opportunities, follow up and distribute leads to partners
  • Visit predominantly end user customers/partners/consultants at their premises
  • Manage forecasts and achieve quotas
  • Identify customer needs, respond to RFIs, RFQs, prepare quotes and write proposals
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication with Customers other genetec team members
  • Monitor and report satisfaction levels from customers, integrators, consultants
  • Coordinate end user customer, integrator, consultant training
  • Update and maintain data in CRM or other applications
  • Acquire, maintain, and report adequate knowledge of product, market, and competition
  • Stay abreast of the products, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical services

    • 5+ years of experience in the Security industry with VMS and Access Control
    • Excellent presentation skills and experience doing client demonstrations
    • Proven sales achievement / track record within technology sales
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office
    • Must have a valid passport / driver’s license
    • Bilingual communication is an asset
    • Proficient in Czech and English

Technical Expertise

    • Ability to work in a complex sales environment
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in the security industry with the ability to maintain contacts at different levels
    • Must have strong time management skills and be able to work under strong time pressure
    • Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers, integrators, and consultants
    • Able to work independently, within a team environment
    • IP technology understanding and networking expertise will be considered an asset

Even better if you have these assets

    • Additional European language skills
    • Prior SaaS experience
