You understand that an open house is not just about selling a property; it's about creating an experience for potential buyers.

Requirements

HOW YOU WIN

Your success in this role will come from your ability to:

  • Assist with the setup and staging of open house events, ensuring that the property is presented in its best light.
  • Greet visitors warmly as they arrive, offering them necessary information about the property, responding to their queries, and encouraging them to explore.
  • Help manage visitor logs and collect contact information for potential leads, ensuring follow-up communications are timely and effective.
  • Ensure a clean and organized environment throughout the event, and assist with clean-up and packing up at the end of the day.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when most open houses are held.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Interest in real estate is appreciated but not required.
