Summary

As a Drug Rebate Analyst at Gainwell Technologies, you will play a key role in managing and resolving Medicaid drug rebate disputes with manufacturers. This fully remote, work-from-home position supports our Drug Rebate Operations Team by ensuring compliance, driving accurate reporting, and maintaining positive relationships with both providers and manufacturers.

Your role in our mission
  • Resolve rebate disputes by researching pharmaceutical utilization and negotiating fair outcomes with drug manufacturers

  • Verify claims data by contacting pharmacy and medical providers as needed

  • Support CMS reporting and invoicing activities to maintain regulatory compliance

  • Act as subject matter expert, training new hires and supporting the Supervisor in workflow monitoring

  • Foster strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure dispute resolution activities are tracked and prioritized effectively

What we're looking for
  • Experience with drug rebate systems such as PRIMS, SSRS Reports, and Process Manager

  • Strong verbal and written communication and critical thinking skills

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF editing software (Adobe, Nitro Pro, etc.)

  • Ability to thrive in a remote, paper-free environment while managing multiple priorities

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; experience in Medicaid Drug Rebates or related fields (5–10 years) is strongly encouraged

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload is required

The pay range for this position is $33,500.00 - $47,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
