💻 The Role
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Product Tester & Coordinator to support our Product and Engineering teams. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our user experience is seamless by identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and UX issues before they go live. In addition to testing, you’ll assist with product management tasks, helping to streamline sprints, document feedback, and improve team coordination.
What You’ll Do:

  • Manually test key user journeys across our web platform before new releases go live.

  • Identify and report bugs, UX issues, or inconsistencies with clear documentation and reproduction steps.

  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to prioritize and resolve issues.

  • Support sprint planning by helping coordinate tasks, timelines, and team updates.

  • Document and organize user feedback from internal and external sources.

  • Assist with QA support during release cycles, including regression testing and release sign-offs.

  • Help maintain clear and up-to-date product documentation and testing protocols.


About You:

  • 1–3 years of experience in software QA, manual testing, or a similar role.

  • Experience testing web applications and reporting bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.

  • Basic understanding of product management processes, agile workflows, and sprint planning.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.

  • Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional, global teams.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.

  • Experience working in a startup or remote-first environment.

  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, or ClickUp.

  • A passion for great user experiences and curiosity about product development.


This is a long-term, full-time Independent Contractor engagement.
