Description

• Verify scope and stakeholder involvement during program intake, ensuring clarity on objectives and needs.
• Develop a requirements gathering plan with autonomy, utilizing critical thinking to create reasonable approaches for gathering business requirements.
• Communicate effectively in English with confidence across various audiences, including leadership, business owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate working sessions to present program objectives and identify business needs, ensuring alignment across all parties.
• Build strong relationships and interact directly with business owners, leadership, and various teams to identify, interpret, and capture business requirements.
• Document business requirements, assumptions, and expectations using industry best practices.
• Submit business requirements to the development team and effectively transfer knowledge for proper execution.
• Trace requirements to ensure all objectives have been met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and deliver regular status reports on the progress of business requirements, highlighting key milestones.
• Collaborate closely with program and delivery leaders to ensure timely and successful project deliverables.
• Work independently on multiple assignments, maintaining focus and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize a proactive approach to address issues and manage tasks effectively within given timelines.
• Experience with Telecommunications operations, especially in Cable and Internet, in engineering & technology and software development is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with various stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop structured plans and approaches.
• Experience in documentation and creating clear, actionable business requirements.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with business owners, leadership, and technical teams.
• Telecommunications experience (Cable and Internet), particularly in engineering and technology, is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering business requirements on time and within scope.
• Strong ability to track and trace requirements to ensure objectives are met.
• Experience with program and project management methodologies is advantageous.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to facilitate discussions and drive decisions.
