We’re looking for an Email Marketing Strategist to take the lead on lifecycle campaigns for U.S.-based e-commerce brands.
This role is all about thinking ahead — mapping customer journeys, planning smart automations, and improving what already works. You won’t just push buttons — you’ll guide the strategy, give creative feedback, and help brands grow by sending better emails.
It’s fully remote, async-friendly, and built for someone who’s curious, independent, and loves turning insight into action.
Map out smart, high-converting email flows (welcome, cart, post-purchase, etc.)
Plan campaign calendars and customer journeys
Review copy and design, and give thoughtful, clear feedback
Analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions) to guide improvements
Coordinate with the team in Notion and Slack to keep projects on track
2+ years of experience planning and managing email campaigns
Experience with automated flows and lifecycle campaigns
Strong eye for detail and creative quality
Strong conceptual thinker — able to generate smart, original campaign ideas
Comfortable using metrics to guide decisions (open rates, CTR, conversions)
Clear written and spoken English
Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working async
Based in Latin America
Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands
Familiarity with Klaviyo, Beehiiv, or similar tools
Experience working with agencies or with multiple brands
Background in writing, marketing strategy, or design review
$1,800–$2,800 USD/month, depending on experience and scope
100% remote (LATAM-based)
