Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who understands how to create compelling online funnels that convert. This role will support the execution of direct-response marketing campaigns -- from copywriting to social media ads to landing pages and email sequences. You'll help optimize lead generation efforts and amplify the companys online presence to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write persuasive copy for direct-response campaigns, including email, social media, landing pages, and video sales letters (VSLs).
  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and content.
  • Create and schedule social media content aligned with brand messaging.
  • Monitor performance metrics (via CRM and ad platforms) and suggest improvements.
  • Support the development of webinars, sales/appointment-setting scripts, and outreach templates.
  • Track and maintain marketing activity records, budgets, and key KPIs.
  • Assist in optimizing tools such as CRMs, email automation platforms, and landing page builders.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on direct-response B2B lead generation.
  • Strong conversion-focused copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization of funnels.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Proficiency with social media advertising platforms (particularly Facebook or LinkedIn).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong English communication skills -- both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of SEO and PPC (Google Ads).
  • Familiarity with image and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Descript).
