Procurement Officer (High-End Kitchen Cabinets) (WFH)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in sourcing and purchasing materials, fixtures, and components related to high-end kitchen cabinets. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, hardware, and accessories specific to premium kitchen cabinetry.
• Build and maintain strong supplier/vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and manage procurement documentation.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to meet material and project specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and procurement reports using Excel and other MS tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in kitchen cabinetry or related interior fit-out materials.
• Familiarity with brands, finishes, and components used in high-end kitchen systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cost tracking, etc.).
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
