The Role:

As a Talent Partner, you will play a crucial role in helping one of our European clients scale, by delivering top candidates and building strong stakeholder relationships.

What You Bring:

3+ years of experience hiring into either Tech (Software Engineering, Product, Leadership, Design) or Corporate Functions (Commercial, HR, Sales, Marketing etc)

Ability to create, improve and calibrate Sourcing Strategies

Extensive senior stakeholder management skills

Able to map your market, draw insights and create an actionable strategy for success

Experienced in delivering results in a high-volume and fast-growing environment

Able to utilise core metrics, the latest tools & AI to identify process improvements

Fluent in English.
