Lead rapid research sprints on niche topics and categories, uncovering how consumers talk, feel, and behave.
Monitor and interpret conversations across Reddit, forums, reviews, and social platforms to spot signals and sentiment.
Evaluate early-stage or subscale brands—especially when data is scarce—by making sense of qualitative, unstructured info.
Synthesize your findings into clear, punchy reports or decks that go beyond “what’s out there” and get to the why.
Collaborate with strategists and insights leads to translate research into strategic recommendations.
Occasionally support light survey design and basic data interpretation.

Qualifications:
✅ 3+ years of relevant experience in consumer research, digital ethnography, market intelligence, cultural insight, or brand strategy.
✅ Proven ability to analyze unstructured data from social platforms, forums, and online reviews.
✅ Strong synthesis and storytelling skills—turning scattered content into clear, strategic narratives.
✅ Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
✅ Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Light data/survey skills (e.g., using Google Sheets or Typeform).
Experience with tools like Miro, Slack, Google Slides.
Background in fields like anthropology, psychology, media studies, or market research.
Previous work in consumer insights, brand strategy, or digital ethnography.
