3. Able to resolve queries on their own with minimal intervention. [preferably in Market Operations group or prior financial experience would be great].
4. Able to do projects [User access reviews, Audit reviews, IDM reviews, etc]
5. Create metric reports for Incident tickets, KPIs, etc
6. Help in coordinating/Managing DR flips. 7. Supporting Tidal jobs. 8. Preferred - Experience on supporting applications like Client Impact, BPS, Cognos, Murex.
