Key responsabilities:

  • Create metric reports for incident tickets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate and manage disaster recovery (DR) flips.
  • Support Tidal jobs and related applications.
  • Engage in projects related to user access and audit reviews.

Job description

Role : L2 L3 Support Engineer
Location : Canada (Remote)
Contract: Long Term
Job Description
1. 8+ years experienced with Sql, ETL ,Linux, Service now.
2. Mandatory Experience in Financial Applications support. Knowledge in Investment Banking Projects
3. Able to resolve queries on their own with minimal intervention. [preferably in Market Operations group or prior financial experience would be great].
4. Able to do projects [User access reviews, Audit reviews, IDM reviews, etc]
5. Create metric reports for Incident tickets, KPIs, etc
6. Help in coordinating/Managing DR flips.
7. Supporting Tidal jobs.
8. Preferred - Experience on supporting applications like Client Impact, BPS, Cognos, Murex.
