Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and confident Recruiting Consultant to serve as a vital link between client managers and hiring managers. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, strong compliance adherence, and the ability to maintain excellent communication and relationships. The ideal candidate will be experienced in IT and Accounting & Finance recruitment in the US, with the capability to manage a high volume of candidate submissions effectively. Working primarily in EST or Central Time, this position offers an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while ensuring precision and compliance.

 

Description of Essential Duties and Functions

  • Recruitment Coordination: Act as a liaison between client managers and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
  • Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes for client submission, prepare notes to justify candidate selections, and provide feedback for rejections.
  • Data Entry and VMS Management: Enter candidate submissions into the VMS (e.g., Beeline preferred) with precision and adherence to compliance guidelines.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed notes and maintain records for candidate evaluations, submissions, and follow-ups.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure all recruitment processes align with compliance and guidelines; training will be provided.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication over emails and video/phone calls.
  • Reference and Background Checks: Assist in conducting references and background checks for selected candidates.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with a strong focus on IT and Accounting & Finance roles.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of data entry with accuracy and consistency.
  • Compliance Awareness: Understanding of recruitment compliance and guidelines; training will be provided.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline preferred) and familiarity with multi-monitor setups for efficient workflow.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to maintain and build professional relationships.
  • Time Zone: Past and recent experience in EST or Central Time zones. 
  • Additional Skills: Confidence, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
