We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Back End Engineer to help build data-driven solutions in the insurance space, working closely with Product and Tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clean, reusable, and testable code for core project features.
Build APIs and back end features using hexagonal architecture and event-driven design in AWS.
Ensure high standards in security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
Write automated tests and infrastructure templates.
Contribute to technical decisions and collaborate on architecture and planning.
Suggest improvements and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Python back end development and API design.
3+ years working with AWS and serverless technologies (Lambda, Step Functions, etc.).
Solid understanding of microservices, asynchronous processing, and messaging.
Hands-on with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience with FastAPI or Flask.
Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID, and OpenAPI standards.
