Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 40 hours a week with Weekend Shift starts at 6am Mountain Time

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Experience with office management software, CRM systems, or data entry tools.
  • Strong typing skills and familiarity with document formatting.
Organizational & Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
Soft Skills & Work Ethic:
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes.


Requirements

Technical Proficiency:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Hands-on experience with office management software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, or data entry platforms.
  • Proficient typing abilities coupled with a strong understanding of document formatting.
