Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM MST | Remote

We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Marketing Operations Coordinator who can keep things moving and make everything run smoother across our business. This is a key role supporting our Services, Marketing, Sales, IT, and HR teams, helping ensure that our systems and workflows support growth, creativity, and results.



What You’ll Be Doing


Project & Department Support

  • Manage project setup, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables alongside department leads
  • Keep projects on track with sharp organizational skills and reliable follow-through
  • Provide administrative support that helps teams do their best work


Operational Systems & Processes

  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Implement and train teams on new tools, software, and systems
  • Support internal adoption of processes focused on efficiency and automation


Reporting & Data

  • Organize and maintain clean, accurate operational data
  • Generate basic reports and visualizations to support business decisions


People & Culture

  • Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • Organize internal training sessions and team-building initiatives


IT & Systems Access

  • Manage user permissions and access across platforms
  • Coordinate software rollouts and liaise with IT support when needed


Partner Coordination

  • Act as the point of contact for external partners and vendors
  • Ensure clear, timely communication between internal teams and partners




Requirements

Requirements


  • 3+ years experience in a similar capacity role, administrative, or support role (agency experience a plus!)
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Admin Center and/or Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, and WordPress
  • A problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
  • Ability to balance independent work with cross-functional collaboration
  • Bonus points for experience with QuickBooks Online, Expensify, 1Password, or Apple OS
