Job description

This is a remote position.

POSITION SNAPSHOT:  Our client is planning to add a new role to their contract manufacturing organization.  The Strategic Sales Manager (title may change) will have direct, recent experience in how to bid and win production programs for assemblies (Missiles, UAVs, etc) as a Tier 1-2 supplier of the Aerospace and DOD Primes.  They will possess a manufacturing and technical background, have experience securing funding along R&D, Testing and Production of the program is important.  Deep relationships with some of the Primes also a must.  Position is slated to begin as an individual contributor; however, there is potential for the role to evolve into a leadership role with a team of up to three direct reports (Engineers and Account Executives) in the future.
