  • Help clients via email, phone, and online meetings to ensure their advertising needs are met and their campaigns are successful.
  • Track, forecast, and analyze account metrics to ensure client goals are being met and report on progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients, integrate marketing solutions, and develop relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure exceptional client service by delivering timely, tailored solutions that meet each client’s needs and objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize clients’ use of eBay’s products, making proactive recommendations for continued growth.
  • Communicate key initiatives and progress to stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and maintaining a strong professional network.
Prerequisite Knowledge & Proficiencies

  • Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and improving processes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience using internal systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Agent Desktop, Unify, Hive).
Experience
  • Strong experience in customer service, client relationship management, or a related field. A university degree with at least three years of relevant experience is preferred.
