Senior Manager, Proof of Value

Remote (UK)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of the Proof of Value (PoV) Team to lead our efforts in demonstrating the value of our products and solutions to prospective clients. This role will involve overseeing a team of specialists dedicated to creating compelling PoV projects that effectively showcase the benefits and capabilities of our offerings.

What You'll Do

  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Engineers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and career development.
    • Facilitate team meetings to foster collaboration and share best practices.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of PoV projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
    • Monitor project progress daily, adjusting plans as necessary to address any issues or delays.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Channel teams to identify client needs and tailor PoV projects that address specific business challenges.
    • Schedule and conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on project experience.
    • Ensure PoV results are showcased, highlighting key findings and demonstrating the value of our solutions.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze data and feedback from PoV projects to continuously improve processes and outcomes, ensuring that all demonstrations effectively highlight product value.
    • Prepare and present reports on PoV project outcomes, including success metrics and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track performance and identify trends that can inform future PoV initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on PoV initiatives and gather insights for future projects.
    • Create and distribute project status reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress and any potential roadblocks.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all PoV-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Strategy Development:
    • Contribute to the development of overall PoV strategy, aligning it with company goals and market demands.
    • Research industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our PoV projects remain relevant and competitive.
    • Collaborate with senior management to set long-term goals for the PoV team and align them with broader organizational objectives.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, with a focus on product demonstrations, solution selling, technical account management, or related areas.
