The Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for managing competing priorities and bring order to ambiguous scenarios. The Sr. Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will influence and lead using data and analytics using effective communication across the organization and up to senior leadership. The Sr. Engineer will partner with stakeholders to gain understanding of diverse perspectives and offer solutions that drive scalable change.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop automation in order to scale infrastructure easily and reliably. Responsible for setting up automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub for containerized applications. Will work with Terraform.
Design and oversee data architecture, pipelines, and ETL processes to ensure high performance, data accuracy, and reliability.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements across all marketing data operations.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual efforts, and increase efficiency through automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions that enhance employee experience.
Drive initiatives to enable self-service capabilities and automation across all supported technology areas.
Optimize data pipeline performance and automate processes to improve speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
12 years of professional experience with:
7+ years managing high scale, distributed systems that handle large amounts of data and 4+ years programming with at least one modern language such as Go, Java, C++ or Python, and IaC.
Experience with multi-cloud and private cloud deployments. Excellent scripting, problem-solving, and trouble-shooting skills
Experience in seamlessly integrating containerization into CI/CD pipelines, registry management, and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Google DevOps including cluster setup, configuration, and management.
Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, for provisioning and managing CI/CD infrastructure.
Excellent verbal and written communication; leads and inspires the team via open communication, effective listening, and strong collaborative networks; has excellent negotiation skills, is an expert coordinator, and has an ability to orchestrate change through influence.
Travel may be required up to 10%
Preferred Requirements: .
Experience with machine learning, and AI use case development
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPPA) and best practices for data security.
