 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, Develop and organize advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives.
  • Advise management and executives on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, create consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of PBR services.
  • Coordinating production of advertising campaigns.
  • Developing artwork, media scripting, television and film production and media placement within time and budget constraints.
  • Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences.
  • Interpret and predict future trends.
  • Research potential demand and market characteristics and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information.
  • Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs.
  • Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing events and products.
  • Advising on all elements of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channel.
  • Adept in adaptability and change management.
  • Maintain key metrics and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the Regional Director.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience required
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Experience developing, managing budgets and forecasting skills.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in making written and oral presentations as well as negotiating with media and partners.
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suites (Word, Excel, , Power Point, and Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time —to deliver results on time and under budget
  • Ticketing experience or venue box management experience — preferred
  • B.A./B.S. Marketing, Economics, Business, Journalism, Public Relations Experience
