Help Us Transform Behavioral Healthcare

Finni Health empowers ABA and pediatric mental health clinics to launch, grow, and deliver world‑class care. Fresh off a GC‑led Series A and on the cusp of profitability, we’re ready to 10× our provider network—and we need a builder‑leader to architect the engine that gets us there.

The Opportunity

As Finni’s first Senior Account Executive, you’ll own revenue from top to bottom: strategy, process, people, and performance. You’ll craft outbound programs that match our surging inbound demand, scale a high‑agency team, and work cross‑functionally to make sure sales, marketing, product, and operations march in lockstep toward our ambitious growth targets.

What You’ll Tackle

  • Strategy & Execution – Design the GTM plan that doubles our provider base year over year, balancing scrappy experimentation with repeatable playbooks.
  • Team Building – Hire, coach, and inspire Senior SDRs, AEs, and future managers; institute a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous learning.
  • Process & Systems – Implement tooling, dashboards, and forecasting that surface real‑time insights and keep the org laser‑focused on pipeline health.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership – Partner with Marketing on campaign concepts, with Product on feedback loops, and with Customer Success on seamless hand‑offs that drive lifetime value.
  • Executive Storytelling – Present metrics and insights to the Board, and investors—translating numbers into strategic actions.
