About This Role

Reporting to the Head of People Experience, we are seeking a People Experience Officer to help shape, develop, and enhance a positive and engaging work environment across our organisation.

Job Purpose:

With a focus on continuous improvement, the People Experience Officer will design, develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience, from recruitment to offboarding. The role will also support other business stakeholders and leaders to implement initiatives and programs to drive change and ensure a seamless and supportive journey for all employees.

Key Responsibilities include:


  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and promote collaboration and communication
  • Support the design and implementation of talent management initiatives, L&D programs and learning pathways associated with individual career growth and organisational skills requirements
  • Support the development and implementation of wellbeing initiatives across all wellbeing domains and support psychosocial safety at I-MED
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and delivery of employee reward and recognition programs across I-MED
  • Analyse and report on engagement surveys, focus groups and other engagement feedback mechanisms and plan initiatives to improve employee engagement
  • Lead the design and implementation of national and localised programs identified within the engagement strategy
  • Support the delivery of a diversity and inclusion strategy which outlines diversity gaps and builds leadership and organisational commitment
  • Complete cultural assessments and implement initiatives to strengthen organisational values and behaviours


You:

With demonstrated human resources experience in a mid-to-large organisation or HR consulting experience, you will have a deep appreciation for HR best practices and contemporary employee experience design and implementation. You will be a strong project manager, with excellent time management skills to execute multiple initiatives effectively. You will bring agility and creativity to designing people experience solutions.

You will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and manage expectations and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to analyse and use data and metrics to target, design, and assess the impact of employee initiatives.

We are open to the role being based in Sydney, Melbourne (Mt Waverley) or Brisbane, with hybrid working arrangements.
