We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join our high-performing Field Sales team as a Territory Manager, covering Homebush and surrounding areas. This role reports directly to the Area Sales Manager and requires a valid Full Australian driver’s license.

While previous sales experience is an advantage, we also welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to kickstart a rewarding career in sales. Principle Accountabilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Convert data into dollars, identify and reach out to potential retailers through call cycle visits, cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals to build a strong pipeline.
Product Knowledge and Demonstrations: Understand the company’s products or services thoroughly and effectively communicate their value to prospective clients, often through presentations or demos.
Sales Negotiation and Closing Deals: Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing—handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
CRM and Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system; report regularly on pipeline status, sales goals, and market feedback.
Skills and Experience Required
We’re looking for candidates who either have relevant experience in a similar role or can demonstrate a strong aptitude for success in this position. In addition, the ideal candidate will:
Ability to convert data into dollars and recognise how your contributions can make an impact.
Work independently and manage your time and resources effectively, ensuring self-sufficiency.
Communicate effectively with strong interpersonal skills, building rapport and relationships quickly and naturally.
Take initiative, confidently acting when needed and making decisions autonomously.
Be organised, ensuring timely completion of all administrative tasks associated with the role.
