You Are
The senior program manager will lead complex large-scale programs across the organization, providing strategic direction and operational excellence. This role requires a versatile professional who can adapt to changing program requirements while maintaining focus on organizational goals. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end program delivery and demonstrate flexibility, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
The Opportunity
- Define vision, scope, and objectives for large scale programs
- Develop comprehensive program strategies and execution plans
- Collect and analyze data to inform decision making and track program performance
- Coordinate cross functional teams and managed stakeholder relationships
- Create and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocations
- Identify and mitigate program risks report program status and outcomes to senior leaders
- Due to the dynamic nature of our programs, the essential functions of this role may change based on specific program requirements.
- The senior program manager is expected to adapt their approach accordingly while maintaining core program management principles.
- Essential Functions: Strategic Planning: Established program direction objectives and success metrics
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships and align priorities across departments and leadership levels
- Data Analytics: Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to drive informed decisions
- Risk Management: Identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies
- Change Management: Guide teams through transitions and process changes
- Resource Optimization: Effectively allocate budget and personal resources
- Communication: Clearly articulate program status needs and outcomes to diverse audience
- Program Governance: Establish and maintain program governance (risk management, change control, and performance monitoring)
- Collaboration: Work with project managers to define dependencies, milestones, deliverables, and quality standards for each project

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum of 8 years in program management with demonstrated success in leading large-scale initiatives
- Strong Analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and relationship building abilities
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, PMP)
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
- Proficiency in portfolio tracking and documentation tools (Jira and Confluence preferred).
- Smartsheet’s: MS Project and Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST HealthProof provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $120,000-$150,000
A successful employee in this role may be eligible for incentive payments based on company and individual performance.
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue up to 16 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses. Certain regular employees may have the potential for quarterly incentive-based bonuses and or commissions depending on role. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
