Position Summary
The newly created position of Regional Director CEE - Skills in Healthcare will be reponsible for running the Skills in Healthcare business in Central and Eastern Europe, focused on driving strategic initiatives and managing operational excellence to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.This position demands a proactive approach to analyzing market trends to identify and capitalize on service development opportunities.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and promotional strategies for assigned portfolios and collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure cohesive operations and strategic alignment. This role will also be responsible for the financial health of the Skills in Healthcare business, managing the balance of income versus expenses, and providing professional evaluations and mentorship to team members.
A strong emphasis is placed on gathering insights from market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. The Regional Director will maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards set by the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring all interactions and activities adhere to these guidelines. Additionally, staying informed of industry trends through participation in conferences, seminars, and workshops is essential for the role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading a team of 100 or more, and at least 10 years of experience in negotiation, sales of products and services, and medical promotion.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and current medical issues.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong teamwork and networking abilities.
Proven people management skills.
Highly motivated and target-driven, with a successful track record in sales and medical promotion.
Willingness to travel frequently; valid driver’s license is required.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
