Job Description
After an initial training period, you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, set-up, optimization installation, start-up and preventive maintenance of our injection molding systems at our customers' facilities. You will operate from your home office, ideally within Northern Italy region, with general administrative support from our regional assistant. You will report to the Service Manager Italy, located in Milan. This position is an entry position that offers great challenges and has a direct impact on the final business result and growth opportunities. It is a unique opportunity to join a very dynamic organization, combining your technology focus and inter-human skills to support our customer base.
Responsibilities
Traveling regularly to our customers, mainly located within Italy, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, installing or upgrading all Husky products
You will be responsible for the execution and follow-up of your customer visits, creating reports from work, share it with customer and Husky’s representative.
You should be offering advice or lead trainings to promote Husky’s products and services
You should be a self-starter that understands the importance of customer satisfaction and can be an ambassador for our strong core values
Qualifications
Degree in mechatronics or electrics or equivalent experience
Knowledge in hydraulics considered an asset
Knowledge of PLC controls and automated industrial systems
Can-do attitude to troubleshooting and focus on correct working procedures
Good time management and great initiative
Ability to work independently and enjoy frequent business travel
Experience in field service and injection molding systems would be an advantage
Good knowledge of all MS Office applications
Language skills in English and Italian
