The Area Service Manager - CALA Area is responsible for managing repairs, installation, maintenance, and calibration service visits of Cytiva equipment at customer sites around the LATAM region.

This position reports to the LATAM Zone Director and is part of the Equipment Services – Hardware Solutions team located in Brazil and will be working remotely to cover Caribbean and Latin American countries outside of Brazil .

What you will do:

• Talent development and daily management experience in a business-to-business capital goods environment where excellence in after-market support, at the customer’s place of business, is a strategically important part of the overall value proposition.
• P&L for the OptiRun service business in Latin America including:
  . Customer satisfaction at post sales ensuring the delivery performance meets customer needs
  . Ensure effective service delivery such as equipment maintenance, spare parts management, technical support, escalations, applications, installations.
• Field Service Engineers Management.
   

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree owner in and Engineering discipline.
• Have 5+ years of prior field service management experience, technical management, or management in a field that requires regular customer interaction
• Highly computer literate.
• Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Speaks advance/fluent English and Spanish languages.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Able to travel 75% of the time to other LATAM countries.
• Driver's license is needed.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Service Max - Oracle – SAP.
• Commercial experience, including direct selling of products or services.
• Master’s in Business.
