Join us as a TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST

Responsibilities

  • Trade Materials Planning: Collaborate with marketing and field teams to align trade materials with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Translate campaign plans into detailed POS marketing materials and propose changes to ensure effectiveness.
  • Trade Materials Development: Develop necessary formats for trade materials (print and digital) with agencies, lead production of printed materials and animation loops, and prepare briefs for deployment.
  • New Trade Materials Development: Lead the development of new trade materials in collaboration with field, marketing, and PPOSM teams, ensuring synchronization of timing and expectations.
  • TPOSM Database Management: Maintain and update the TPOSM database, storing all related materials in a structured manner.
  • Trade Materials Tracking and Analysis: Set up tracking in REEV, brief BI department on reporting needs, and analyze deployed materials to recommend visibility improvements.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets, forecast future costs, and identify potential budget risks.
  • Process Management: Develop and improve the trade materials development tool, build partnerships with agencies, and manage bidding processes.
  • KPI Delivery: Ensure timely delivery and quality of trade materials, achieve excellence in deployment, propose process improvements, and optimize costs.

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, process setup, supplier management, budget management, and sales and marketing
  • Intermediate or higher level of English, CZ& SK native level
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate challenges
  • Detail-oriented, agile, and strong business acumen
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
