We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in product analytics, behavioral analysis, and causal inference to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong statistical knowledge with business acumen to drive product and business decisions through data-driven insights. This role is crucial in empowering teams with the data they need to make informed decisions.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead analytical deep-dives into user behavior patterns and product usage trends, focusing on engagement patterns, conversion funnels, and user journey pain points
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define measurement frameworks and success criteria for new features and initiatives
  • Develop, validate, and standardize product north star metrics that align with company OKRs and provide actionable insights for product teams
  • Build and maintain cohort analysis frameworks to understand user lifecycle, measure retention impact, and identify key drivers of customer lifetime value
  • Partner with product, marketing, and success teams to identify new product opportunities through data-driven insights, directly influencing product roadmap decisions
  • Lead the data analysis for customer success stories and sales enablement by creating data-backed proof points for marketing case studies and sales narratives
  • Create and execute experimental design strategies, including A/B tests and quasi-experiments, to measure the impact of product changes and new features
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
  • Design and maintain scalable reporting systems (eg, Tableau) that democratize access to key product and business metrics
  • Design and implement complex data analyses, ensuring data accuracy and statistical methodology, and integrity.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and customers to understand their data needs and provide solutions that drive business value.
  • Create and present clear, concise reports and visualizations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead the development of advanced analytical solutions using statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Mentor and support junior data analysts, providing guidance on best practices.
  • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
  • Document processes, methodologies, and best practices for data analysis and reporting.
  • Democratize data and help train internal users to enable self-serve for regular reporting requests


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with product and customer analytics with a specialty in B2B/SaaS (ie, product usage and engagement analysis, customer lifecycle metrics, product adoption and usage insights)
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, with demonstrated ability to write efficient queries and build reproducible analysis pipelines to support statistical and analytical models.
  • Experience with modern data stack components including data and cloud infrastructure (Redshift), ETL/Pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow), product analytics platforms (Segment, Amplitude) and version control/database tools (Github), etc
  • Experience with data visualization and BI tools for creating intuitive dashboards (Tableau strongly preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with experimental design and A/B testing methodologies, including success metric definition and statistical analysis
  • Proven track record of leading analytics projects from definition to execution by clearly clarifying the problem statement, developing success metrics, designing the experiment, and communicating actionable results.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
