We’re searching for a USA- based Healthcare Technician to join our Solution Management team as a Document Control Specialist, so that we can provide our customers with their requested surgical, dental, biomedical, and pharmaceutical documents via our oneSOURCE platform. The Document Control Specialist will support our libraries within our oneSOURCE product to ensure accuracy and accessibility of critical medical device and equipment information within our database for our customers.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Utilize your sterile processing knowledge to properly research and validate product and documentation information
  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare facilities in order to obtain necessary documentation
  • Promptly fulfill document requests and updates from subscribed customers in order to meet their needs and provide top tier customer service
  • Accurately input and verify data into the oneSOURCE database to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Collaborate with database team members and managers to ensure quality and efficiency
