We’re searching for a UK-based
Associate Consultant to join our
Client Services team, so that we can deliver industry-leading implementation support for our customers. The Associate Consultant will support the successful configuration, training, and deployment of the HealthSuite product to ensure excellent outcomes for our clients and help realise our mission of safer, better healthcare.
Role Summary
The entry point to Client Services, this role will provide a grounding level of knowledge to understand how the Services function operates and how we ensure best practice in delivery to clients and working collaboratively with all internal departments within RLDatix.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with the team and customers to ensure consistent customer outcomes.
- Perform analyses using customer and RLDatix data to service the project.
- Configure the HealthSuite product in line with best practices within a defined product set.
- Train the HealthSuite product in line with best practices within a defined product set.
- Assist with the administration of supporting documentation.
- Preparing presentations and documentation ready for review by Consultants and Senior Consultants
- Deliver demonstrations as required.
- Ensure Client Services management are informed of any new developments (technical or political) taking place with the client which may be relevant to RLDatix generally.
- Report on the progress of implementation projects to the Managing Consultant, be aware of reporting documentation / APM governance.
- Aim to receive an excellent client feedback from every implementation.
- Identify risks and escalate as necessary to appropriate project lead.
- Project governance kept up to date.

Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in any customer facing/services roles.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
