HiCareer is hiring on behalf of our client – a fast-growing D2C brand within fashion and lifestyle, with a content-led approach and engaged global audience. We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who understands digital storytelling, thrives on building genuine creator partnerships, and knows how to turn reach into brand love.

This is a 40-person European D2C brand built around lifestyle, quality, and community. With a focus on content, design, and social reach, they’ve grown fast across Europe and the US through a strong presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

The team operates remotely across Europe, with team members in cities like Amsterdam, Barcelona, and Copenhagen. This role is open to candidates based anywhere in CET-friendly time zones.


🎯 What You’ll Do

You’ll join the Brand & Growth team (8 people) and be the go-to person for everything related to influencers and creators.

  • Own outreach, coordination, and follow-ups with influencers and creators
  • Manage gifting programs, affiliate relationships, and creator briefs
  • Help plan campaigns and content launches with UGC and influencer assets
  • Track performance and compile reports on reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Stay on top of creator trends, niche communities, and cultural moments

  • 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships
  • Comfortable managing outreach, negotiations, and ongoing relationships
  • Understands content trends and what resonates across channels
  • Strong communicator with a sense of brand voice and aesthetic
  • Bonus: experience in D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle content
