Position Overview

CWT is seeking a Sr. Product Experience Manager with strong customer-facing experience, deep product knowledge, and ideally travel industry expertise. This role plays a pivotal part in driving sales success by effectively demonstrating and positioning CWT’s product and service portfolio to clients and prospects.

Position Description

    • Act as a subject matter expert on CWT’s products and services, articulating value propositions to clients and prospects.
    • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing seamless end-to-end user experiences.
    • Work closely with sales and customer management teams to understand client needs, translating them into strategic opportunities.
    • Confidently present CWT’s technology solutions and industry trends in client-facing meetings and industry events.
    • Maintain strong relationships with internal product and technical teams to ensure best-in-class demo capabilities.
    • Equip sales and customer management teams with the knowledge and tools to effectively position CWT’s offerings.
    • Stay up to date on industry developments, competitor landscape, and client challenges to refine sales strategies.
    • Willingness to travel up to 60% for client-facing meetings.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align solutions with client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Prezi, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Fluent in English; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
