Database administrator (Azure, MS SQL Server)

Currently we are looking for an experienced Database administrator who is familiar with Azure and MS SQL Server.

Key responsibilities for current position in our company are:

• Strong command of SQL (including indexing, joins, query tuning).
• Design, implement, and maintain relational databases, primarily on Azure SQL Server.
• Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for high-performance data operations.
• Work with Azure Data Factory to build and manage data pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Support ongoing performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of database systems.
• Ensure data security, backup strategies, and proper documentation practices.
• DWH Dimensional Model Knowledge (Star/Snowflake)
• Collaborate cross-functionally in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and daily standups.

Requirements

• Experience with Power BI or similar tools for data visualization.
• Exposure to C# backend projects, particularly those integrating with databases via stored procedures
