We're seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Innovation Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining our infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless deployment of cutting-edge applications. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing system performance, enhancing security, and driving technical innovation across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code principles
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, building, and deployment processes
- Configure and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in both development and production environments
- Implement security best practices across all systems and maintain compliance standards
- Contribute to sprint planning and participate in Agile development processes
- Document infrastructure configurations and operational procedures
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles
- Strong proficiency in cloud technologies and infrastructure management
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
- Familiarity with web development technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js)
- Proficiency with Unix-based CLI tools and scripting
- Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices
- Experience with monitoring and logging systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React/Next.js and front-end tooling (Webpack, Vite)
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, V0, Cursor)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Background in performance optimization for high-traffic applications
- Familiarity with GraphQL and REST API development
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
- Experience integrating AI/ML tools into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
