About the Role

As a Cloud Engineer at AccessOne, you’ll design, build, and optimize secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure. You’ll work cross-functionally to architect modern solutions that support automation, performance, and business continuity—while mentoring engineering teams and championing best practices in DevOps, cloud operations, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and automate Azure infrastructure using ARM templates, Terraform, and PowerShell

• Collaborate with architects and partners to produce technical architecture documentation

• Implement Azure security best practices, compliance policies, and Landing Zone frameworks

• Build resilient, scalable solutions and lead disaster recovery and backup strategies

• Optimize performance, cost, and auto-scaling across cloud environments

• Automate deployments and CI/CD workflows with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions

• Deploy and manage containerized applications with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

• Establish proactive monitoring and logging using Azure Monitor and Application Insights

• Mentor engineering teams on DevOps, automation, and AI integration best practices

• Design secure hybrid networking using Azure VPNs, Virtual WAN, and Firewalls

• Support other cloud projects or tasks as assigned

Qualifications

About You

You’re a clear, thoughtful communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance. You take full ownership of your work—from design through implementation and support—and are known for your reliability and follow-through. You build strong cross-functional relationships and thrive in collaborative environments where transparency and shared goals matter. With a keen eye for detail, especially in compliance-driven environments, you maintain disciplined documentation and process. You’re driven by doing things right—and doing what moves the business forward.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field—or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure environments

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (required)

• Experience supporting both Azure and AWS environments

• Deep knowledge of cloud computing, networking, and security best practices

• Experience working in compliance-driven environments (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2 Type 2)

• Terraform Associate certification (preferred)
