The Sales Manager is responsible for setting clear objectives, training, and leading the sales team to maximize productivity and drive results while selling on behalf of the company Xpand Demand clients.
This position is full time remote (home-based) position.

Xpand Demand, a division of Forward Solutions, are consisted of Inside Sales Representatives for Business-to-Business outbound calls for large, Fortune 1000 clients offering highly recognized brands to the away-from-home commercial marketplace. The goal is to win new opportunities through outbound B2B sales calls, which will allow utilization for strong relationship building skills, as well as confidence and engaging personalities.
The Position
Our Sales Manager will manage teams of Inside Sales Representative. The Sales Manager will set objectives, train, and manage the reps to maximize their productivity selling on behalf of Xpand Demand clients. While providing a valuable service to well-established companies with long-term customers. Our success is measured by the number of successful sales we generate, in addition to our clients' overall business growth.
