Salesforce Technology Architect (Vlocity)

Key accountabilities of the role: 

     ·       Design and implement state-of-the-art technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

      ·       Lead and mentor a team of technical resources, ensuring best practices are followed.

       ·       Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and system analysts, to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.

       ·       Analyse long-term requirements for corporate systems and make recommendations for implementing custom applications.

       ·       Interact with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to drive complex deployments.

       ·       Ensure system performance, security, and scalability while minimizing the total cost of ownership.

Qualification & Skills:

       ·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent area) with a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience.

       ·       At least 5 years of experience in a technical architect role on Salesforce platforms.

       ·       Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification is a must.

       ·       In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including sales clouds, service clouds, marketing clouds, etc.

       ·       Demonstrate proficiency in multiple newer Salesforce technologies like Einstein Analytics, Lightning Web Components, etc.

       ·       Excellent comprehension of Salesforce development documentation and coding standards.

       ·       Ability to direct the implementation efforts according to architecture design.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence the decision-making process.

       ·       Data Migration and Strategy 

       ·       Transformation Implementation Experience

       ·       Integration Architecture

       ·       Stakeholder Management 

End to End Solution Consulting
