Responsibilities

Prüfung der vollständigen und korrekten Umsatzeinspielung in unsere Systeme.
Erstellung und Buchung von Rechnungen, Gutschriften und Mahnungen.
Prüfung offener Posten sowie Forderungsmanagement und Wertberichtigungen.
Verantwortung für die Kontenabstimmung.
Bearbeitung von Rechnungen unserer Affiliate Partner, insbesondere unserer Top 10 Affiliate-Partner.
Aktive Mitwirkung beim Monats- und Jahresabschlussprozess.
Betreuung der SAP-Wartungsprozesse im Bereich Debitorenbuchhaltung.

Requirements

Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Forderungen oder Rechnungswesen.
Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, Hochschulabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Fokus auf Finanzwesen.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung mit einem ausgeprägten Zahlenverständnis.
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in SAP FI/CO/MM/HCM sind ein Plus.
Engagierte:r Teamplayer:in mit einer proaktiven, kommunikativen Art.
Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau.
