Initiate soft collection calls to patients regarding outstanding balances.
Handle patient inquiries and transcribe voicemails, returning messages promptly.
Facilitate payments and update patient registration data using client software.
Review records for financial responsibility transfers and check patient eligibility through insurance websites.
