What You'll Love Doing

As part of our fast-paced, nimble Managed Services Team, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellence. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about advancing their career as a world-class engineer. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Leadership
    Serve as the primary expert for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Netscaler, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Nerdio, providing Level 3 support and mentoring junior engineers.

  • Client Engagement
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Solution Design and Implementation
    Design, implement, and optimise EUC solutions, including CVAD, Citrix Cloud Services, and AVD with Nerdio.

  • Health Checks and Documentation
    Conduct proactive health checks, present findings to clients, create detailed documentation (scopes of work, design documents, as-built documents, test plans, and change records), and maintain high service delivery standards.

  • Continuous Learning
    Stay updated with the latest technologies in CVAD, Citrix Netscaler, AVD, Nerdio, and Azure.

  • ITILv4 Alignment
    Ensure all processes and solutions align with ITILv4 best practices for incident, change, and problem management.



Requirements

Experience Required

You will need to demonstrate strong experience in the following areas:

  • Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop

  • Citrix Cloud Services

  • Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM)

  • Citrix ADC (Load balancing, VPN and gateway, GSLB)

  • Image creation, management, and optimisation (PVS, MCS)

  • Active Directory (AD) (General, Azure, Group Policy)

  • Azure infrastructure

  • DNS

Additional knowledge or experience with the following is highly desirable:

  • Office 365

  • FSLogix

  • MFA (Azure, Okta, Duo)

  • LoginVSI

  • Citrix Workspace Environment Management

  • Citrix AppLayering

  • Citrix Application Delivery Management

  • Microsoft Intune
